Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Trollbeads treasures, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that personalized items and final sale products are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your Trollbeads in their original branded packaging and secure them in a padded mailer to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed or covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
